True. But filtering on the basis of apps used is easy; recognising what's an
advanced topic and what's not can be a lot harder for a newcomer with no
programming background.

Personally, I enjoy some of the discussions about more advanced topics, even
though I make no real use of any of it. But some of the recent advocacy has
been a bit prescriptive for my taste.

I'm all for the technical discussion. The detail may be beyond me at times but the clear explanations backed up by strong examples are like gold in my eyes. I'm one of the "learnt HTML and then... crowd" and I'm learning by example!
