Oh please. I really don't see what the fuss is about regarding Interarchy's
UI. The only thing drastically changed in Interarchy is the addition of a
floating window (which is easily turned off, BTW), more functionality -
resulting in more menu options, and more options in the preferences window.
Big deal. So you have to learn a couple new menus and what-not. So what?
The basic behavior of the FTP functionality in Interarchy is no different
than Anarchy: Choose File > listing (cmd-E), type the address and login
info, press Return, and you're done - same as before.

You want to talk about change for changes sake and horrible UI? Let's talk
about Mac OS X Aqua. I can point out to you UI blunder after UI blunder in
Aqua. Apple has lost its talent for creating human-friendly UI, and has
replaced it with flashy, distracting, slow, unfriendly UI. In comparison
with Aqua, Interarchy's UI problems look miniscule to me.
