Ah, I should have tried this before I wrote the list. But it didn't
help anyway. :-/
I've also tried "Mac OS Base" extensions.

I tried starting with "Mac OS 9.1 All", but the problem still occurred.
Try deleting AppleScript preferences and restarting.
