audio handling

Hi all,
I must automate the processing of hundreds of audio files, applying some filters (like a denoiser or a declicker).
But I can't find a scriptable audio application. (I checked Peak but is not scriptable, and checked Soundedit that is scriptable but don't meet my needs)

Any Idea?
