When you save a script as an application in Smile, the resulting
application takes its RAM allocation settings from the "seed" applet or
droplet located in the "More Stuff" folder. Names: "applet seed" and
"droplet seed". You may want to "tweak" the RAM allocation settings of
these files.

I would say: check the memory used in the "About your computer" Finder's
window. Increase the allocation until you see some unused RAM.
