Problems running 'mount volume' on iBook

  • Subject: Problems running 'mount volume' on iBook

I have successfully compiled and run a script to mount a remote volume on

my PowerBook G4 using the 'mount volume' command. However, when I attempt

to run it on an iBook (running same OS which is 9.1 and same version of AppleScript(1.6))

it does not return errors, however, the volume is not mounted (i.e. does not appear on the

desktop). Is it a matterr of setting some system preferences (where to find the Chooser).

thanks,

Kelsey
