Hi List,

First I'd like to thank you for your replies to my initial post
"FileMaker Pro & AppleScript - make pop-up menu" especially Steven
Blackwell for his elaborate suggestions.

Unfortunately I am now "only" able to add menu items to FMP's top menu
bar but I'd like to have similar menus when I click on a button in the
record's layout. It should act like to "hold down mouse on link"
function in a browser - if the user presses the mouse button for more
than one second on a hyperlink a pop-up menu comes up offering you
several menu items. Anything comparable possible in FMP with AppleScript?

Does anybody have any suggestions?

Cheers,

erwin
