I'd suspect that the digests are giving you a somewhat better picture than
those who subscribe to individual messages are getting: some messages
delayed 19 hours, some 4 hours, some just the regular 15 minutes. Everything
is higgledy-piggledy. What with the perennial character-mangling and the
auto-replies that get returned to the sender, I wouldn't say that this list
server is well-serving the list, would you? (Watch out for a typical
defensive blast from the keeper of the list.)
