search on maccentral - I remember they did a kit some time back that
included this kind of software.
It doesn't seem like you would have a hard time writing a simple version
of a time card CALCULATOR in applescript (depending on the date format
the card shows) - and once you have the calculator, the tracker is easy
as well.
Another place where FaceSpan and/or AS Studio will be good tools.
