Sure do. And it's very difficult to understand.
I was in CA in January working with a printer in the valley who had
a pretty serious amount of automation going on with AppleScript. It's
quite impressive what AppleScript does in that shop. But the strange
thing was that when he talked to other printers in the valley, none
of them were interested in looking at his setup. I found this just
amazing. They wouldn't even come look. He had taken 6 people out from
behind computers (doing monotonous tasks) and given them other things
to do while the Macs hummed along, and the other printers didn't even
want to see it. I was just stunned. In this case you couldn't even
get them to see a demo. That's very difficult to overcome.
To mutilate an old saw, in this case you couldn't even lead the
horse to water, much less get him to drink.
