You are not making clear whether you want to:
1) Duplicate ALL your sent mail to another (special) OE folder
2) Make text files of ALL your sent messages and store them in a (special)
Finder folder
3) Duplicate just certain messages currently in a "special" OE folder to
another OE folder
4) Make text files of just certain messages currently in a "special" OE
folder and store them in a Finder folder
5) Does "date-wise sectioning" mean just "sorted by date" or something
fancier (sectioning?)

CCs go to other people (or one of your accounts) . Forwards go to other
people (or one of your accounts).
It sounds to me as if what you want is an Outgoing Rule. you don't need an
AppleScript.
Go to Tools --> Rules --> Outgoing Rules --> New. Set your criteria to <All
Messages> or to whatever you want, and the Action to <Copy message> to
<Special> folder. Or <Move message> to <Special> folder, if that's what you
want. It will move or copy immediately, not later.
It would really help if you could spell out a little more clearly exactly
what you're trying to do, if that isn't it. And since it may well not
involve a script, you might want to join this mailing list for OE questions:
