Oops, apologies. The problem had been going around so long I forgot to read
it carefully.
Perhaps then a repeat loop with pages numbered on set to false, for page
1, and then set to true? Or should I assume you've tried that? I have to
say that despite its undoubted power I have found hitting the right syntax
for T-E to be tricky almost all the time.
