No, John: the folder's name has to be spelled "ScriptingAdditions" without a
space between, just as you say below:

But, also as you say, ACME won't work from there in any case. (However, it
will still work from its old location in the OS 9 Scripting Additions folder
in any script segment within a Classic application tell block.)
