If you have FaceSpan, the answer to your question is in a folder that
contains some wonderful OSAXen included as part of FaceSpan. One OSAX of
interest to this thread would be MakeTextThumb. It's parameters are:
Using font, font size, align (text left/text right/text center), picture
size (bounds), text in (bounds) pict in (bounds) align pict (text left/text
right, text center), using picture (picture).
Other OSAXen of note are: MakeOPI and DTPict.
