Script that Restarts OSX and boots in 9.2.1

I build in both Project Builder and CodeWarriors on OSX 10.1 and OS 9.2.1. I
order to automate the whole build process I need to set up a script to restart
OSX and boot in 9.2.1. I can't seem to find the script dictionary for the
Startup Disk in the System Preferences. Is it possible to write a script that
changes the startup disk and then reboots?
