Ian, don't know what versions/OS you're running but I've got OS 9.1 running Word
98. I don't use Word much but I just quickly ran the standard Script Recorder
and it looks possible. Word apparently uses VB to execute commands such as
calling the menu items View/Headers & Footers/Insert date and time (that's what
I did, anyway). Trust me, if I can record a script in Word and get it to work...
anyone can. Play around with it some.
