OSAX for mouse click?

Hello,
Does anyone know if there is an OSAX available for emulating a mouse click?
All I need it to do is issue the Apple Event (or whatever a mouse click is) at whatever point the cursor is located at that time.
It could be very handy for creating demonstrations where an application needs a button clicked, if an AppleScript could do the button clicking.
