time delay in script

  • Subject: time delay in script
  • From: Bruce Chafee <email@hidden>

Hi all,

Is it possible in AppleScript to execute a command after a delay of a
certain time? For example, something like:

If "time-delay" 10 seconds
shut down

Many thanks,

- Bruce
