As far as I know, there's no list specifically for addition writers, but
applescript-implementors should do nicely. They were batting scripting
additions around just recently, in fact. If you haven't read it already,
check out Tech Note 1164, which covers writing native scripting additions. We
hope to update it Real Soon Now to cover Mac OS X issues, if that's relevant
to you.
