My, my, my, my, my. I'm Canadian (a fellow "Commonwealthie") and generally
worried about the Americanization of my country let alone the world, but a
little levity please! Lists *can* get too serious, you know...
Now there's another example of the cultural divide.
I'd place the emphasis on *too* ;-)
