Hm. I'm not so cheerful (yet). Another interface tool for AppleScript BESIDES FaceSpan? Could this mean that there'll be no FaceSpan for OS X?

Unless AppleScript Studio is compatible to FaceSpan or at least allows for an easy transition, this spells "OS 9 dead-end" for my FaceSpan Applications.

Sigh. That's the downside of progress - it always leaves somebody behind. But at least it's progress. And as far as can be determined from the little information on the page, Apple seems to be heading in absolutely the right direction. And proper debugging is something I missed a lot in FaceSpan anyway. And source management? Wow, let's see this. Maybe my tears are going to dry soon ;-)

(if only the documentation... never mind ;-)

-Helmut

P.S. can it be that this IS some incarnation of FaceSpan? DTI kept so quiet about OS X for so long - it's a least a bit suspicious (this kind of hope is silly, isn't it?).
