The list seems right...

But the mail program at ebi.se elects not to play the game properly.

Let's see:

============
bash2.05 john@fox ~ % nslookup -type=mx ebi.se
...
ebi.se preference = 10, mail exchanger = mail.sto.telegate.se
ebi.se preference = 0, mail exchanger = mail.ebi.se

Authoritative answers can be found from:
ebi.se nameserver = ns.dd.se
ebi.se nameserver = ns2.dd.se
mail.ebi.se internet address = 195.149.138.4
bash2.05 john@fox ~ % telnet mail.ebi.se smtp
Trying 195.149.138.4...
Connected to mail.ebi.se.
Escape character is '^]'.
220 mail.dd.se SMTP Service Ready (QuickMail Pro Server for Mac 2.1b6)
quit
221 OK
Connection closed by foreign host.

=========
OK, so this thing is "QuickMail Pro Server for Mac 2.1b6" whatever THAT is.
We would have been better off had that server been off line and the
less-preferred one used:

bash2.05 john@fox ~ % telnet mail.sto.telegate.se smtp
Trying 195.84.251.61...
Connected to mail.sto.telegate.se.
Escape character is '^]'.
220 mx1.global.sonera.net ESMTP Postfix (Postfix-20010228-pl08)

Postfix is widely used and sensible. (And this whole thing is off topic.)

It took me two years to learn to say "jam" and now they call it "yelly".
