I forgot to mention that I'm using OS X.

Please help.

Hello Listers.
I am an entry level AppleScript user and need some help writing what should
be a simple script for setting a window's view options in the Finder.

What I would like is a script that sets the frontmost window to the global
view and then arranges by name.

I keep running into walls with this.

Can anyone offer up the commands that will do the trick?

TIA!

All the best, in all things.
