Well considering how wretched trying to script the palm desktop is at the
moment, I vote for a Curtis LeMay solution, and bomb it back to the stone
age, then start anew.

Seriously, just redoing it would end up being a far better proposition for
scripters than trying to patch it. I gave up on it long ago.
