From the iTunes (x) dictionary:
make: Make a new element
make
new type class -- the class of the new element.
playlist window: Class playlist window: a window used for organizing tracks
so now:
tell application "iTunes" to make new playlist window
fails:
"can't make new playlist window".
As does "make new window, make playlist window...."
So the correct form is....?
