MacOS: Making 6,000 barcodes

  • Subject: MacOS: Making 6,000 barcodes

Hello,
I'm on the way in the making of a big catalog using around 6,000 barcodes in
QuarkXpress.

What I was wandering is about the method that should be used:
1) must I put all
the barcodes in a folder (is the mac under MacOS9 able to handle 6,000
files) or
2) should the barcodes be subdivided in classified subfolders, and,
most important question, under which criteria?

TIA
