You need to join the Apple Developer Connection (ADC). Go to
http://www.apple.com/developer/ to sign up, then, on your member page,you'll
see a downloads item on the left of the screen, click on that, then click on
the AppleScript link that appears underneath it. That will take you to the
download for AS 1.8.2b3, which works fine with AS 9.1 on my old 9500.
