"Frop" is a psychedelic herb smoked by members of the Subgenius Church
in bizarre rituals involving naked clowns and miniature automobiles.
They say it is a useful tool in the pursuit of slack. (I don't know,
myself. They wouldn't share.) That being the case, I suspect a
"froplet" would be a small dosage of said herb used for recreational purposes.
