Changing AppleTalk settings under OSX?

Under 9, one could use the Network Scripting Addition to change things like
the Computer Name, Network Number, and AppleTalk zone.

But I can't seem to find that anywhere under 10.x. Does anyone know how to
do this, or am I going to have to muck with /etc/appletalk.cfg?
