Creating an alias to folders

Hi, I am importing an xml file into AppleShare IP 6.3.3 and need to write a
script to log each user in and to have an alias of the folder that is
created for them put into their teachers folder... I am new at writing
scripts and would really appreciate help with this... Thanks in advance....
