Sorry it took so long to get back - yes, we've tried both with no success.
The script works fine under 9.0 but not under 9.2.1 - even after updating to
AS 1.8.3.

FWIW, the same script works fine reading from our Linux server. So it works
from Linux, ASIP but not from the Xserve. We'll test it on Win NT later
today...
