If you're using OSX, take a look at youpi key which has some keyboard
simulation capabilities - http://www.thexclickers.com/youpi.html

I am curious to know exactly you want to achieve with cmnd-shft-m though, as
the actual command might be directly addressable by Applescript in the
application you're using.
