I've noticed this myself, but never experimented to the extent of re-saving my script applications.

One annoyance is that scripts (not script applications) invoked by the Script Menu can get lost on screen, since there is no way to find the dialogs later, except to close/minimize the other windows on screen. I've noticed this most often with scripts I've written to control IE5.

Also, has anyone lost their Script Menu in Jaguar?
