The Script Runner was a temporary kluge to get some of the Script Menu
functionality without having to pester the OS team for the hooks and such
necessary for the Script Menu. As of 10.2, it's been replaced.
Mind you, I currently don't have the Script Menu either, but that's probably
because I'm in the middle of installing the dev tools right now.
