I've been catching up on my email from the Applescript-Users list and I noticed a long and involved thread about getting addresses into and out of Address Book in 10.2. I thought I'd mention one useful resource which seems to have escaped everyone's attention: Apple has bundled an Applescript-based solution to importing addresses into Address Book from various mail applications which may be examined in Script Editor if desired. To wit, "Mac HD:Library:Scripts:Mail Scripts:Import Addresses.scpt".

Hope this helps.

Neal.

Does anyone know how to create a complete entry in the new Address Book? I
see in the dictionary how to create a person but how do I associate
addresses, phone numbers and emails to that person? In Entourage, it's quite
intuitive but Address Book doesn't make sense to me.
