Is AppleScript still the only OSA language supported? I had to write my own Script Menu to conveniently run scripts written in other OSA languages....

According to the docs even before 10.2 it was possible to run all sorts od scripts including shell and perl scripts provided the permissions are set.

I have not yet managed to run a perl script from the menu, but I haven't installed 10.2 yet.
