Is it safe?

  • Subject: Is it safe?

Am I inviting disaster by using numbers as file extensions (eg, "file.0001",
"file.0002", etc) in OS X 10.2.2? These files also have the traditional file
type and creator codes, so they behave properly when double-clicked.
Cross-platform compatibility is not an issue.

Thanks,

Mr Tea
