Now when you say "specify a suitable gap", how do you mean that? Via

AppleScript? In the document itself? On the output device? If you
mean
through AppleScript or in the document itself, then how exactly
would one
go about specifying this gap?

<sarcasm>Thanks for the tip, Shane.</sarcasm> ;-} I do plan on
asking them.
In fact I have a meeting with them this afternoon. I was simply
trying to
learn as much as possible about this issue *before* I met with them
so that
I would have a better understanding of the feasibility of any
workarounds or
alternatives that may crop up in our discussion.
