Posix path to alias...

Hi all!

Any *quick* or *magic* way to turn a posix path into an alias (better than
get name of disk, set tids to blahblahblah and so on...)?

eg: /Users/me/Desktop/file.txt
to: alias "HD:Users:me:Desktop:file.txt"
