Mine's got a proper icon on it. (10.2.3)
A restart might fix yours.
(Or quit/launch Finder might).
It seems some are getting generic icons and some are getting normal icons.
(And some are getting folder icons).
I wonder if throwing away the old Script Editor or the
Script Editor plist then restarting would help?
