Yes, it also requires 10.2.3.

Of course. there's mo mystery about this. Both SE 2.0 and the GUI System
Events are specified in Dev Tools as Pre-Release betas. that's why they're
for "developers" at this point - it's a public beta. in a later OS update,
they will be part of the OS. Naturally there's no point to the GUI features
unless they work for users. That's the great thing about it : the sort of
functionality that you could get in OS 8 only if your users, as well as you,
had Akua or - more correctly - OneClick, will now be BUILT IN. Only there's
lots more functionality here, by the look of the dictionary. I hardly know
where to start.

Mine only took 5 hours. ;-) And my DSL normally downloads at 1.5 MB/sec.
