I've upgraded to 10.2.3, so does this mean that 10.2.3 wasn't properly

Did you install the Dec2002DevTools? I was confused about this too,
initially. It seems that the GUI scriptability is not part of 10.2.3, but
requieres the Dec2002DevTools[*]. If it *also* requiers 10.2.3 is not at all
clear to me at this point :)
I'm curious if a future version of Mac OS X is planned to have GUI scripting
built-in, without requiering the DevTools. It would certainly make it easier
to use this new functionality in distributed scripts ;)
Maybe Chris can say something about this?
[*] But I can't say for sure yet. I've been downloading the Dec2002DevTools
for 2 days now, at an appalling 0.5KB/s (although my ADSL connection always
gives a steady 512kb/s). Looks like it'll be another Christmas before I can
start installing it :)
