Nope, I didn't! I didn't know that the Dec Dev Tools were a requirement
for the new GUI functionality. I assumed the SE 2 package installed SE2
and that 10.2.3 included the new System Events process program. Oh
well, I'll have to wait for the Dev CD to turn up in the mail sometime
in the next 4 - 6 weeks. A 300 MB download isn't practical with my
dialup 56K PPP connection with a monthly 600MB limit and a 4 hour time
limit per connection!
