Not having a name won't keep the spammers from finding it. They scan by IP
address, not by name, looking for machines that will accept a connection to the
SMTP port. Every time they find one, they then try to relay through it, sending
an e-mail back home containing the IP address being tested. The scanner then
moves on, and open relays are identified by the success of the mail back home
arriving.
