Is everyone's ScriptingAdditions folder read only?

which ScriptingAdditions folder? the one in /System/Library
is normally owned by root because you should leave it alone.

on my machine, the one in /Library and the one in ~/Library
(for my primary account) are both owned by my primary admin
user.

Thanks everyone, on my machine these other 2 folders don't exist yet so I assumed that there was only one place to put them. I'll create those other folders.

Thank you!
James
