Ah. This explains why the one feature I actually used of ScriptMaster
stopped working. Yes, recording and attaching were cool ideas, but the
attachability was very limited, and the recording (at least in my
installation) was so buggy it was almost worthless. Running SM made
quark very unstable. But I still really liked being able to examine box
names, until that stopped working with Q4...
I'm glad to hear about XPert Scripter, I think I'll go write ALAP now.
Oh, and I've forgotten the name/author of a quick little Xtension hack
to let you type in quick scripts when working in Xpress that
automatically wrapped then in a tell and ran them. Sort of like an
Applescript QXP command line. Anyone recall? I've been meaning to pick
it up and can't find it.
