so can you read the man pages (ManOpen

It's prob'ly just me, but I have to admit that I never understood the point
of using a GUI tool to read man pages. What am I missing?

partly to appeal to the anti-shell crowd, but there are
benefits even if you are comfortable with the shell --

slightly easier window management (compared to opening
multiple terminal windows), hot-linking of cross references
to other commands, use of font preferences different from
Terminal, not having to remember all the switches to man ...

ManOpen also comes with a shell command, openman, which is
very handy, since you can issue it just like man, but the
result opens in an Aqua window.
