Snapz Pro X, sort of.

It has two commands:

invoke which despite the name shows the control palette--select image type,
etc etc etc, and

capture, which does so but puts up a save dialog to know what to do with
the file). So it's interactive scripting.

But wait...there's more: if you set the Palette up so that images go to
the clipboard, then capture is no longer interactive.

I really must pay for this thing...I've now used it 10 times in 172 days. ;-)
