which I can then use without risk? (Note trend of continually seeking
re-assurance ;-)).
Yes, though of course that's as it's displayed in the result window.
The actual quoted form doesn't have quite that many backslashes.
There are still issues with non-ASCII characters vs. "do shell script",
but that's a different problem.
