To schedule a weekly download, you can use my shareware script scheduler,
Script Timer. Registered users get a script that uses Interarchy to download
and save files. You can easily modify this to suit your needs. A script that
uses Internet Explorer to download a web page (but not save it to disk)
comes with the trial version, so that could give you some ideas to get you
started.
